Founded by a collective of multi-disciplinary artists and seasoned practitioners, the Foundation brings together over four decades of professional experience spanning the creative arts, education, and the charitable sector. Creative Director
A visionary leader with over 15 years of diverse industry experience, Holly Edwards brings a powerful blend of artistic talent, educational insight, and strategic planning to every project she undertakes. Her career spans the design and delivery of transformative educational programmes across both private and state institutions, as well as high-level professional work in film, theatre, and live event production.
Trained at the prestigious Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London, Holly’s early career saw her performing on and off the West End, honing her craft on some of the UK’s most renowned stages. Her return to Shropshire marked the beginning of a new chapter—founding The Phoenix Academy of Film and Theatre Arts, a bold initiative dedicated to nurturing the next generation of creative talent.
Passionate about the power of the arts to inspire change, Holly now channels her expertise into The Lunar Flame Foundation, where her creative leadership helps shape innovative, inclusive, and community-focused programming.

Zara Bowden
Community Engagement
Zara is a dynamic advocate for inclusion and opportunity, with over a decade of experience in the charity sector. She has played a key role in shaping organisations, influencing legal reforms, and advancing education and support for individuals with additional needs and their families.A multi-talented creative, Zara is also a professional musician, DJ, and certified fitness and Zumba instructor. Her teaching career spans more than ten years, during which she has led countless community programmes and collaborated with local authorities, national organisations, and grassroots initiatives.
Zara’s passion for empowerment drives her work. With boundless energy and a commitment to social impact, she champions the arts as a powerful tool for community growth, engagement, and the inclusion of marginalised voices.

Joe Edwards is an award-winning filmmaker, digital storyteller, and founder of Filmage Productions(www.filmage.co.uk), a creative powerhouse based in Mid Wales. For over 15 years, Joe has harnessed the power of digital media to inform, inspire, and uplift communities—partnering with leading charities and national organisations to bring untold stories to life.
Joe’s work blends cinematic craft with deep social impact, delivering educational workshops, training programmes, and creative initiatives that span Shropshire, Wales, and Cheshire. He has worked closely with a range of influential charities, including The National Lottery, Hope House Children’s Charity, and Mind the Gap, creating powerful content that champions inclusion, resilience, and community growth.
His dynamic portfolio includes high-profile commissions for clients such as the BBC, Chester Zoo, and Moneypenny, where his films have been used to celebrate achievements, drive awareness campaigns, and document transformational journeys across the public and third sectors.
